Registering for Camp
Registration will open at 5pm ET on November 1, 2025! Please complete the Registration Form and make your deposit immediately to secure your spot at camp. We cannot hold your spot without your deposit, so registrations without deposits may be pushed onto the waitlist.
The Registration Form is simplified this year with only the essential information we need right away. Please plan ahead for the camper level you would like to choose. To try to prevent confusion as we expect spots to fill very quickly, the form will limit the number of campers in each level. If the level you’d prefer is crossed out, all the spaces are full, so please choose the closest level available. The next question in the form will let you tell us if you’d like to move to another level if a space becomes available. If you prefer the level you chose, you can confirm that choice in that question as well. Campers will be moved to desired levels in order of registration, which includes your first deposit, so be prepared to make your first deposit at the same time.
SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS:
- Adults: $150 First Deposit due upon registration, non-refundable* after February 1st
- Students: $75 First Deposit due upon registration, non-refundable* after February 1st
- All Campers: $250 Second Deposit due by May 15th, non-refundable beyond this date
- July 1: All Final Balances are due – No Tuition Refunds beyond this date
* Refunds will only be possible in cases of scholarship applicants who cannot commit until scholarship results are announced.
