As recorded by New York Voices (“Sing! Sing! Sing” – 2001, Concord Records), this is one of the more challenging a cappella arrangements from the NYV songbook. This arrangement includes the verse, and one full statement of the chorus, including a modulation before the second half. The writing includes a lot of rootless chords, and open voicings. This is a great chart for a mature ensemble.
